Privacy Policy
At Cernaviq S.A.S. we understand that trusting a platform with your data requires clarity. This policy describes, without detours, what information we process, for what purpose and what options you have to control it.
1. Who we are
Cernaviq S.A.S. (CUIT 30-71892445-6) is a real estate crowdlending platform incorporated in the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires. We act as data controller of your personal data in accordance with Argentine Personal Data Protection Law 25,326 and its complementary regulations.
2. What data we process
We process data you provide voluntarily through forms (name, email, message) and technical data generated during browsing (device identifiers, page views, referrers). We do not request sensitive data such as ethnic origin, health or beliefs.
3. Purposes
We use the information to answer inquiries, improve the site experience, prevent fraud and — if you provided consent — measure the performance of advertising campaigns. We never sell your data to third parties.
4. Legal basis
We rely on your consent (for example, when accepting cookies or filling in a form), on our legitimate interest in operating and protecting the platform, and on legal obligations applicable to the financial and digital services sector in Argentina.
5. Who we share it with
We share information with technology providers that enable our operations (hosting, email, analytics and advertising) under agreements that require confidentiality and reasonable security measures. Where applicable, we comply with rules for international transfers set by Argentine regulations.
6. How long we keep your data
We keep data for the time strictly required to fulfill the purposes described and applicable legal obligations. When it is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, update, rectify and delete your information, object to certain processing and withdraw your consent. You can exercise these rights by writing to legal@cernaviq.com. The Agency for Access to Public Information is the supervisory authority in Argentina.
8. Security
We apply technical and organizational measures to protect your data: encryption in transit, access controls, vendor review and incident response plans. No system is infallible, but we actively work to minimize risks.
9. Changes
We may update this policy if our services or regulations change. We will publish the new version with its corresponding date and, if the change is significant, we will communicate it through appropriate channels.
